Counseling on Call Welcome to Counseling on Call.

By accessing counselingoncall.net, booking, or using telehealth, you agree to Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE: By using site, you are 18+ or have parental consent.

2. NOT FOR EMERGENCIES: THIS SITE DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY CARE. If suicidal, homicidal, or in crisis, call 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to ER. Do not use booking form for emergency.

3. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSING: Our online therapy available only if you are physically located in Maryland, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Iowa at time of session, where provider is licensed. We verify location at start of each session.

4. SERVICES: Individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, telehealth, medication management by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Treatment plans personalized.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME: Mental health treatment outcomes vary. 4500+ individuals trusted us, 200% report feeling better in 3 sessions (based on internal survey), but no specific result promised. 6. FEES & INSURANCE: Self-pay: $124 initial therapy, $115 follow-up; $150 initial NP, $125 follow-up. Insurance: We accept 98% major plans including BCBS, CareFirst, Aetna, Cigna, United/Optum. You authorize us to bill insurance. You are responsible for copay, deductible, no-show fees. Benefits verification is estimate, not guarantee.

7. CANCELLATION: Cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance via portal. Late cancel <24h or no-show: $75 fee for self-pay; insurance clients may be charged per policy.

8. TELEHEALTH CONSENT: You consent to telehealth, understand limitations vs inperson, need private location, stable internet, not to record sessions without mutual written consent.

9. USER CONDUCT: You agree not to misuse site, attempt hack, provide false insurance info.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All logos, text, images, "You Deserve Peace" tagline owned by Counseling on Call. No copying without written permission.

11. DISCLAIMER: Content on site (blogs, FAQs) for education only, not medical advice. Does not establish therapist-client relationship until intake completed.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To fullest extent allowed by Maryland law, liability limited to amount you paid in last 3 months.

13. INDEMNIFICATION: You indemnify us against claims arising from misuse.

14. GOVERNING LAW: Maryland law applies. Disputes in Montgomery County, MD.
