Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We're in-network with many major Maryland carriers including Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Johns Hopkins EHP, Medicare, and Tricare. New plans are added regularly.
How do I verify my benefits?
Share your insurance details when you book and our team will verify mental-health coverage — including your copay, deductible status, and any telehealth-specific rules — before your first appointment.
What if I'm out of network?
We offer competitive private-pay rates and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement, where your plan allows it.
Do telehealth appointments qualify for insurance?
In almost every case, yes. Maryland parity laws and most major plans cover telehealth mental-health visits at the same rate as in-person care.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure online payments through your patient portal.
